School districts are increasingly competitive, yet educators are encouraged to employ the tenets of cooperative education.

This workshop introduces a "structured experience" developed by Dr. William Gellerman that addresses the necessary ingredients for collaborative teambuilding.

Led by various members of Wavelength's ensemble, participants are engaged in a high energy exercise called "Win As Much As You Can."

Special Note:
This workshop is most effective when participants are allowed to discover the focus on collaboration through their involvement. To that end, we recommend sharing only the title "Win As Much As You Can" with the participants.

Requirements

• Maximum number of participants: up to 100.
• Room space large enough to accommodate a "cluster" set up. No tables are used in this workshop.
• For large groups a handheld microphone or lavaliere microphone is appreciated.
• Overhead projector (can substitute with a flip chart if projector is unavailable).
• Workshop runs approximately 75 minutes, but can be customized to fit your time frame - up to 90 minutes.
